The second event of the season got underway at Lyons Robin Hood Holiday camp last weekend, and as usual there were plenty of surprise results. Congratulations to Andy Macdonald who beat Joe Stuart 8 – 2 in the final. Andy had a difficult section of the draw to come through as he beat Daffydd Davies 5 – 1, Dion Williams 5 – 1, Adrian Naggington 6 – 4, Andy Yates 7 – 4, Colin Healy 7 – 6, and Joe Stuart in the final 8 – 2. This is the fifth event win out of seven for Andy on the NWOT, showing his vast array of ability at any rules. Just to remind players that the top four players in the rankings will qualify for the WPA welsh squad for 2012. "Trecco 2009 was the first festival run by Team BBC and it was fantastic to have it back at Trecco Bay. It was quite a learning curve for us and we recognised that there were some changes that needed to be made to improve the event for all concerned and this year there will be more tables to improve the flow of all events and also we will be putting on entertainment/karaoke to get the party going too. The big focus is on putting on a high quality event which always enough time to enjoy yourself during your well-earned time off work!

34th BAPTO Finals Set for Warmer Weather!
The BAPTO 2010 Grand Finals has been brought forward this year to the weekend of 10th, 11th & 12th September 2010, under a new deal with Lyons Robin Hood Holiday Park, Rhyl, North Wales.
Although the Season has just finished, it is already time to plan for next Season.
The League Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 30th of June 2010 at Caernarfon Town Football Supporters Club, at 8 00p.m. prompt.Each team must be represented at the AGM.
Subscriptions of £90 per team, £180 for new teams, a total of £90 or £180, must be paid on the evening.Any late payments will incur a £10 administration charge.No payments will be accepted later than seven days after the AGM.
All proposals and items for inclusion on the AGM agenda must be forwarded, in writing, to the Secretary no later than Wednesday16th of June 2010, any items received after this date will not be considered.
The pool league has just finished Ann give people a break the AGM is on the 6th of June committee members will be notified when the next meeting will be, unless you have issues that need to be sorted
