Onions B pre season friendlies gets off to a shaky start as they lost 12-4 to the Legion Llangefni, but they didn`t leave llangefni empty handed as they was last seen heading in the direction of the local Kebab shop. Return next week at Onions HQ

North Wales Open Tour Announcement
Submitted by the Secretary of the Welsh Open Tour Committee: As most of you are aware it was the intention of the WOT Committee to run a North Wales satellite of the tour this year, however time constraints and various other factors meant that we couldn’t get it off the ground in time and it was felt therefore that we would put all our efforts into making sure that there was a fully sanctioned North Wales Open Tour up and running for next Season. However, in the meantime, in order to gauge interest and encourage players, Kevin Roberts and Paul Williams have set up an unofficial North Wales Open Tour which is played on the same weekends as the WOT.
This is proving to be well supported and successful and is growing with each event, with a very high standard of play being evident. A lot of the players involved have supported the WOT since its inception and as a result the WOT Committee have considered matters fully and it has been decided to reward the players who support the NWOT with 4 spaces in the Welsh Teams for Bridlington. The top 2 players at the end of the Season will be given 2 places in the B1s and the third and fourth placed players will each be given a place in the B2s. This is just the start of what we hope will be a regeneration of the relationship between players throughout Wales and dependent on the success of the NWOT this year all matters will be reviewed prior to the start of next Season......Continued.... .
Alan Mark Roberts & Ian Plemming have me contaced me (Steven Tindal) for help to arrange a sponsered cycle ride for ysgol pendalar,It will start in Caernarfon and finish in Cardiff,if anyone is interested please let me know, they are planning to arrange it for the start of August 2008, any kind of help would be welcomed or if anyone is free to drive the mini bus along the route please contact one of the site administrators for my contact details.
Gors Bach Summer Singles League Will be held on the 4th of June running for 8 to 9 weeks- closing date for entries is the 23rd of may with names to be drawn on the 25th of may at the Gors Bach. £25 entrance for each player

on the 23rd of march at 10.00am, both county A & B will be taking part in a sponsered walk around 7 miles starting from Caernarfon Town Football Supporters Club and around the Aber forshore then ending back at the club ,afterwards their will be a friendly between both teams at the club any player or anyone else who wishes to participate in the walk can do so either by emailing me or phone me for a sponsership form.

Dishers Competition
A £25 a man dishing tournament will be held at Caernarfon Town Football Supporters Club on Saturday the 23rd of February. I've been told they will open at 12 o clock so we'll be starting 12.30 prompt. Anyone not there by 12.20 will not be in the draw.
£50 A Man Competition Beating Colin Healy (The Nudge) 10-8 in the Final, well done Kevin on running the tournament were some very good pool played by all, lets hope their is more competitions like this to come.
