it was a case of me offering to help rather than interfere, was not sure what the sitiuation as Regarding N W Secretary was.

As long as the results are sent in, I will do all the stats etc. We do however need a "Committee of sorts", headed by the NW Sec. to arbitrate on matters arising within the season. I have mentioned this to Ian Robert, as the current incumbent, and hopefully he will set the ball rolling.

Will you do them on this site as well as the wpa site?

South Flintshire have confirmed their entry and will be taking over the bye in the fixtures. The site has been updated with their venue details. I forgot to inform captains that if they click on a venue on the site, there is a multimap link from it

CTFC's postcode is wrong on the page.

The correct postcode is LL55 2HT and not LL55 2LT

Bangor Blacks quickly out of the traps with two wins, but good first match win for Anglesey (14-0 up at one stage). Table a bit distorted with two teams having only played one match, and South Flintshire not having played any. Had all the results, but not all the sheets. Missing Anglesey and both Bangor sides, but still plenty of time to get them in

Mr O
Any chance of an updated table the Mancunian ?

Midge
when i offered to update the inter-league tables results and merits for the the 2010 season, i was asked the question why, well the answer is because i knew that it would not be long while we were forgotten like last year and the whole thing would be a shambles again.

so much for the north Wales Inter-league.

If you are expecting last Sunday's results to be on, get your captains to send the sheets in

apologies to those who have already done so

I will add at this point that the Leagues were updated on the 9th June

Whilst I'm on a roll, the main reason it is a shambles is because too many games are postponed. Before last weekends matches 8 out of 20 games had been postponed or forfeited. In the South it is 3 out of 150. With all the will in the world, I cant be blamed for that statistic. Next year, if I am still doing it, there will be no postponements, unless there are exceptional circumstances.

The Leagues are normally updated within 7 days. Last month however I was moving my 75 year old mother from Manchester to Barry. Having to make sure she settled into her new home, Pool was not top of my priorities.

Normal service has now been resumed and last weeks results and stats are now online, apart from the South Flintshire result.

If anybody is in contact with Mike Smout, can they get him to contact me please

Mr O
The Mancunian, I'm only asking for the results you have to be logged, I know it would be much easier to have all the sheets at the same time but that aint gonna happen. It can't be easy dealing with all the stats and I'm sure we all appreciate the time you put in, which is why the offer from Midge to do it was reasonable, although if you don't mind carrying on then fair enough.
Totally agree with you about postponed games though, far too many and one of the worst culprits are the Caernarfon A team, lets hope that under the new captain this doesn't happen like before.
How about taking points off teams who don't send results in on time and/or postpone matches ? It just makes a mockery of the league otherwise and people take the piss knowing they can pull out without penalty, it should be like you said bereavement or medical emergency only, not cause theres a poker tournament or a golf game somewhere lol

This was not a dig at you The Mancunian but after reading my post again this morning i can see why you would think other wise, I was directing my comments about teams canceling matches etc even my own team Caernarfon & district A has postponed 3 matches, I totally agree with the need for a rule that forces teams to play their matches on the date set by the WPA.

Has the link for the county website changed?
